Shipping policy

•    At MAAIEE, we ship all the orders by courier from our warehouse in PUNE, MAHARASHTRA.
•    Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 11 AM and 5 PM. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about same day to 4 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
Some courier partners may also request an OTP in order to complete delivery. You must please provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you have entered at the time of purchase.
MAAIEE/Daffodil serene health is not liable for any damage after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipping:
•    If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it on website until we ship.
•    Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
Cancellation post shipping:
•    Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
•    We have a no-refund policy. Maaiee will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.
