Sprouted Ragi Cereal Powder

Optional if approve by your Doctor - Ghee, Cooked Mashed Fruit Or Veggie Puree, A Pinch Turmeric, A Pinch Ajwain or jeera powder

Instructions

  1. Wash your hands and make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
  2. Add 100 ml of water to 2 tablespoons of Ragi powder little by little and mix well.
  3. Cook the mixture on a medium flame for 5 minutes with continuous stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Optional- Add ghee and fruit \ veggie purees as per choice and serve lukewarm.
