Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Maaiee Ragi MoongDaal Beetroot Cereal
  • Water
  • 1\2 cup Boiled Rice
  • Pinch turmeric powder & ajwain or jeera powder  [Optional if paediatric approved]
  • 1 cup Boiled Carrot & Green French Beans or any vegetable puree of choice.

Instructions

For Mash:

  1. Boil the Carrot & Green French Beans or any vegetable of your choice, until tender.
  2. Boil rice until full cooked
  3. Mash the boiled vegetables, rice together in a bowl or blender.

For Porridge:

  1. Add 100 ml of water to 1 Maaiee Ragi MoongDaal Beetroot Cereal little by little and mix well to smooth liquid paste without lumps.
  2. Cook the mixture on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Adjust the porridge consistency as desired.
  5. Add a little Ghee then add mash vegetables, rice and mix.
  6. Serve warm.
