Ragi Moongdaal Beetroot Papaya Baby Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp fine suji (semolina)
  • 1 tbsp Maaiee Organic Ragi Moongdaal Beetroot Cereal
  • 1/4 cup muskmelon \ papaya purée (steamed or soft)
  • Warm water or formula/breastmilk as needed
  • Optional: cardamom powder, nut powder (7M+)

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add suji and Maaiee Organic Ragi Moongdaal Beetroot Cereal, roast on low till aromatic.
  2. Add muskmelon \ papaya purée and stir quickly.
  3. Add hot water slowly.
  4. Mix until soft, lump-free halwa or kheer consistency forms.
  5. Optional: Add a pinch of cardamom or nut powder \ date powder for extra flavor (if pediatrician recommends).
