Oats Banana Porridge

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp ghee     
• 1 tbsp fine suji (semolina)       
• 1 tbsp Maaiee Oats Cereal       
• 1/4 cup Banana Puree (smooth mashed)       
• Warm water or formula/breastmilk as needed     

  • Optional If your Doctor Approves : you may add cardamom powder or cashew almond powder.
  • Optional If your Doctor Approves : you may add Soaked Dates OR Fig Puree or water.

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add Suji and Maaiee Organic OATS cereal
  2. Roast on low till aromatic.
  3. Add hot water slowly.
  4. Mix until soft, lump-free halwa or kheer consistency forms.
  5. Add Banana Puree and mix. Adjust Consistency with water or breast/formula milk
  6. Optional If your Doctor Approves : you may add cardamom powder or cashew almond powder.
  7. Optional If your Doctor Approves : you may add Soaked Dates OR Fig -Puree or water.
