Carrot Sweet Potato Apple Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1\2 medium size apple, peeled and roughly chopped
  • you can add a small pinch of jeera, ajwain, or garlic — but always check with your doctor before introducing new spices

Instructions

  • Heat small spoon of oil or ghee in a medium sized saucepan.
  • For extra flavour, you can add a small pinch of jeera, ajwain, or garlic — but always check with your doctor before introducing new spices
  • Stir fry, now add the carrot, sweet potato and apple Stir on a medium heat for a few minutes.
  • Add water . Place a lid on and cook for around 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  • Reserve around half of the stock by pouring it into a mug. Blend the vegetables and add more water to get to the consistency you want.
